These terms apply to hodluppod.com, including our research reports. The site is run by Hodl Up SH.P.K., based in Prishtina, Kosovo. By using it you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
Everything on our sites, including articles, guides, research, reports, news and podcast episodes, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk; do your own research and speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Hosts and guests speak for themselves. A guest's views are their own and not Hodl Up's.
Our content
The articles, news, reports, podcast episodes, images and other content on our sites belong to Hodl Up.
If you use our interviews or reports, credit Hodl Up as the source. You're welcome to use our blog posts and news too, but never present them as your own.
Guests and interviews
When you pitch yourself as a guest through our contact page, you confirm that what you send is accurate and yours to share. Sending a pitch does not guarantee an invitation.
People we interview for a report sign a document agreeing that we may use the interview and their words in the report.
Links and embedded content
Our sites link to other websites, and episode pages embed players from Spotify and YouTube. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep what we publish accurate and up to date, and our editorial policy explains how we correct errors. Information can still go out of date, and our sites may change or be unavailable at times.
Hodl Up is not liable for any losses that arise from relying on anything we publish, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Kosovo, and any dispute about them goes to the courts in Prishtina.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
