Dinari Inc., a pioneer in tokenized U.S. public equities, and tZERO Group, Inc., a leader in blockchain-based financial infrastructure, recently announced a strategic partnership to launch a comprehensive operating framework for broker-dealers. This collaboration aims to provide a turnkey platform that enables financial firms to seamlessly offer tokenized U.S. equities to their clients. The joint effort, announced on July 8, 2026, addresses the growing demand for blockchain-based securities by integrating all necessary market capabilities into a single network.

The partnership combines Dinari's innovative dShares™ technology and its custodial model for tokenized U.S. public equities with tZERO's established regulated brokerage, custody, clearing, settlement, and shareholder servicing infrastructure. This integration is designed to simplify the process for broker-dealers looking to enter the tokenized equities market, allowing them to launch and manage these offerings through a unified system. Dinari's dShares are ERC-20 tokens, each representing one share of a publicly traded U.S. equity, held 1:1 with the underlying stock at a regulated custodian. This model ensures that holders retain the rights and protections associated with traditional stocks, such as dividends, proxy votes, and a direct legal claim to equity, while gaining the benefits of digital assets like instant settlement, 24/7 trading, and global accessibility.

Gabriel Otte, Co-Founder and CEO of Dinari Inc., emphasized that mainstream adoption of tokenized equities hinges on their seamless integration into existing broker-dealer operations. This partnership is a significant step towards achieving that goal by providing the critical components required to support and scale tokenized equity offerings. The platform is set to deliver capabilities including native 24/7 trading for eligible tokenized equities, native fractional execution to support dollar-based investing and automated rebalancing, and stablecoin-enabled settlement and dividend processing. Furthermore, it will facilitate automated corporate actions, governance, proxy support, and shareholder communications, alongside flexible custody models. This comprehensive approach aims to make tokenized equities as accessible and natural to offer as traditional securities.

Dinari has been at the forefront of bringing U.S. equities on-chain, having previously integrated with LayerZero to enhance the scalability and connectivity of its dShares across multiple blockchains. The company is a U.S.-domiciled issuer of dShares, operating as an SEC-registered transfer agent and a FINRA member broker-dealer, which allows it to offer tokenized stocks to U.S. persons compliantly. tZERO, with its long-standing expertise in blockchain-based financial infrastructure since 2014, brings a robust, regulated framework to the partnership. tZERO's platform has supported various digital asset initiatives, including marketplaces for Web3 secondaries and partnerships for tokenizing other real-world assets.

The collaboration is expected to expand the dShares™ Financial Network, connecting broker-dealers, exchanges, issuers, and custodians through a shared market framework for tokenized securities. This expansion is anticipated to result in broader distribution, deeper liquidity, more efficient post-trade workflows, and new commercial opportunities within tokenized capital markets. By streamlining the infrastructure for tokenized U.S. equities, Dinari and tZERO are paving the way for investors to engage with their stocks in more dynamic and flexible ways.
